The qualification director of Turismo do MTur, Andréa de Souza Pinto highlights that the registration also brings benefits to companies and professionals in the sector. 'Being at Cadastur, entrepreneurs and tourism guides now have several advantages and business opportunities, such as access to programs and projects of the Ministry of Tourism'.

Soon, to access or make a new registration in the Cadastur (Register of Tourist Service Providers), companies operating in the sector and tourism guides will need to create an account at gov.br. With that, Cadastur will join several other digital services of the federal government that can now be accessed by the citizen through a single account.

The national secretary for Tourism Development and Competitiveness, William França, explains that the idea is to integrate all digital public services to the gov.br account to facilitate citizen authentication. “Cadastur is now in line with a federal government directive to facilitate citizen access to different digital public services. As a result, the Cadastur system is more practical and unified ”, he highlights.

For now, access to Cadastur continues with the same login already registered. But it is important to anticipate and already create an account at gov.br. Before the measure starts to take effect, the Ministry of Tourism will notify the start date so that everyone around 120 thousand tourism service providers enrolled in Cadastur will access the system with a single login.

The legislation in force (General Tourism Law) determines that registration with Cadastur is mandatory for seven categories of the sector: tourism agency; means of hosting; tourist carrier; event organizer; tourist camp; theme park, in addition to the tour guides.

When registering, in addition to complying with a legal requirement, the tourism service provider gains greater visibility, with a view to becoming a safer option for tourists when choosing tourism service providers that will support them during a trip.

The qualification director of Turismo do MTur, Andréa de Souza Pinto highlights that the registration also brings benefits to companies and professionals in the sector. “Being at Cadastur, entrepreneurs and tourism guides now have several advantages and business opportunities, such as access to programs and projects of the Ministry of Tourism, including qualification courses, support at fairs and events and visibility on our channels. disclosure. Not to mention that they now have access to exclusive financing for the tourism sector through official banks ”, he quotes.

There, you will need to provide some personal data, such as CPF, full name and e-mail, in addition to following the instructions for finalizing the registration.
